My fourth and final time at East Riddlesden Hall this year! But thankfully I'm back there a couple of times next year.

I love how beautiful this rustic barn venue looks at different times of the year and Briony & Ben's autumnal wedding was no exception! I'm sure you'll all agree that the styling & tones of their wedding look amazing - especially those mustard boots! I always love photographing an East Riddlesden Hall wedding.

Briony's dress is an original 1950s/60s gown she found on Etsy, and the always amazing Beth at The Vintage Beauty Parlour styled Briony's hair perfectly to match. It was also lovely to work with the talented Pink Ginger again who made Briony's stunning bouquet!

Briony & Ben told me prior to their wedding day: 'We were keen to have a chilled out and fun day without too much fuss. For us it's just about bringing together our friends and family and having a good time without any pressure on us or our guests!' - I think they totally nailed it with their wonderfully relaxed day. ”How did you two meet?: We met when Briony moved schools and we ended up in the same friendship group in sixth form and started going out the day before Ben started university!

Describe the proposal!: We were inter-railing in Europe and our last few days were in Dubrovnik which coincided with our 8 year anniversary. Ben proposed on the morning of our final day and we celebrated with a nice meal at a rooftop restaurant in the city.

What is special about your venue?: Briony grew up about 5 minutes away overlooking the Aire Valley and still has a strong connection to the area, so the location is really special. Also, she went to East Riddlesden Hall as a kid where she dressed up as a Victorian on a school trip!”

Bride's Outfit: A bargain! Vintage handmade lace dress from Etsy from the 50s/60s - first and only one I tried on. Shoes are from Miss Selfridge

Groom's Outfit: Tailor-made tweed jacket from Jennis & Warmann with groom's own black jeans and brown shoes

Bridesmaids/Groomsmen Outfits: We wanted them to choose their own outfits and didn't want them to be matching - we were keen that everyone wears something they're comfortable in - so they're all different!
