Great John Street Hotel Manchester Wedding

Becky & Phil’s Manchester city centre wedding

I LOVE a Manchester city centre wedding, so I was super excited when Becky & Phil booked me to photograph their wedding at Great John Street Hotel, one of my favourite Manchester wedding venues!

Becky & Phil chose to have a chilled out day, in their words: "just relaxed food, great band music and lots of booze"

There was a bit of a Manchester theme with Becky & Phil's first dance being 'Sunflower' by the The Courteeners, and Becky's bridesmaids got her a beautiful framed print of the lyrics.

"Six acres of concrete wasteland,

One sunflower standing tall.

I didn't know your name, I didn't know your fame

I just liked you, that's all"

Milo came to say hello after the ceremony looking very dapper! Love it when couples involve their pets in their wedding day - they're family after all!

Becky & Phil have an amazing bunch of friends & family who helped them out with their big day. Becky's sister did the girl's makeup Danielle Wild Beauty and step-dad Paul made the amazing copper frame for the ceremony.

Big thanks to Luke Slattery (Luke Slattery Photography) for being my amazing second shooter again!
